1. Services
Sterifoz Co. provides tree removal, trimming, pruning, stump grinding, emergency tree services, and land clearing in Winston-Salem, NC and surrounding areas. All work is performed by trained, insured professionals.
2. Estimates and Pricing
Estimates are free and provided in writing. Final pricing may change only if the scope of work changes after on-site assessment, and we will always notify you and obtain approval before proceeding.
3. Scheduling and Cancellation
We will confirm your service date in writing. You may reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before the scheduled work without charge. Same-day cancellations may incur a trip fee.
4. Property Access and Safety
- You agree to provide reasonable access to the work area.
- You agree to disclose underground utilities, irrigation, and septic locations.
- The work area must be kept clear of people and pets while crews are active.
5. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
6. Liability
Sterifoz Co. carries general liability and workers' compensation insurance. We are not liable for pre-existing property conditions, hidden defects, or damage caused by acts of nature beyond our control.
